Lahinch Championship Golf Course

Lahinch Championship Golf Course has undoubtedly one of the world's great classic links. It has all the ingredients of greatness: a glorious setting, a rich history, superb natural terrain and, here man has 'intervened', it has been through the hand of an outstanding architect. It also has a pair of notorious blind holes, a ruined castle and goats that roam freely on the dunes.  Often referred as the Saint Andrews of Ireland it has a multitude of challenging golf holes. It hosts the South of Ireland Amateur Golf Championship annually. This course should be on every golfer’s itinerary.

Castle Course

The Castle Course is located just opposite the Championship Course and although it is not as tough as the Championship Course nevertheless it still presents a challenge with cleverly positioned bunkers and water hazards making it an enjoyable experience. The Castle Course from time to time hosts golfing events.

Doonbeg Golf Course

Doonbeg Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, is a wonderful Links Course that plays along 1.5 miles of beach and dune. The Ocean is visible from the green, fairway or tee of 16 of the 18 holes. www.doonbeggolfclub.com
